Shipping and Handling Policy
1. The shipping and handling charges listed below apply only to orders
within the Continental United States. For shipping to Alaska , Hawaii and US
Territories please contact Info@lindasgourmetlatkes.com.
2. Latkes are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. They are packed in inflatable coolers with cold packs and are ready to go in the freezer upon receipt.
3. We ship Monday –Thursday and we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
4. We ask that the delivery service leave the package at the door even if there is no one there to sign for it. Please make sure that your package is safe if left alone or have someone present to accept the package. Linda’s Gourmet Latkes cannot be responsible for packages that are held with the carrier overnight.
5. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause a delay in the process shipment of your order. For this reason, please provide both the shipper’s and recipient’s daytime phone numbers should there be any questions regarding your order. Please be advised that Linda’s Gourmet Latkes will not be responsible for the replacement or refund of orders which have incomplete or invalid addresses or gifts sent to recipients who are not available to accept the package.
